• 1961: start filling station
• 1962: add lubricating station
• 1963: car trade
• 1964: construction of a garage
• 1973: construction of a garage + showroom in Lokeren
• 1976: start up section car adjustments
• 1983: extension of the working area
• 1992: creation current company
• 2002: start up section in-vehicle equipment for company cars
• 2003: move to new location Lochristi
• 2003: specializations : auto-adjustment, in-vehicle equipment and coach work
